His veterinary degree was not recognized in the country, so Eyad decided to learn a new metier in industry, in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Thanks to Michelin’s inclusion scheme for refugees, he trains to become an Industrial Maintenance Technician. He is based at the Combaude site, where he ensures the smooth running of machines and carries out maintenance operations and any necessary adjustments. Eyad shares his experience, demonstrating his perseverance in the face of the challenges of mastering French and learning a new metier.
