Passionate about adventure and discovery, he travels during several years all around the world to unearth unusual and exceptional addresses, sharing his love of travel and gastronomy with its readers. Today, Luc is editor-in-chief for MICHELIN Guide for Europe and South America, overseeing all digital content.

On the MICHELIN Guide websites, Luc highlights Chefs, products, producers and terroirs to celebrate the variety and richness of the Guide's selections. Luc also tells us about the Etoile Verte, a distinction that rewards the eco-responsible initiatives of establishments that support sustainable gastronomy.
