“The disruption caused by digital innovation is not limited to technology alone. People must also be at the heart of this transformation.” This is the message conveyed by Florent Menegaux to an audience of around 800 executives and managers from various CAC 40 companies. Fully committed to its own digital transformation, Michelin’s aim is to ensure that this revolution is first and foremost beneficial to the Group’s employees and customers. “The company is first of all a human community. This community needs to be helped to embrace all this technology, this entire transformation, so that it can be put into action,” says Menegaux.

To develop this training program, ESCP drew on the expertise of Netexplo and a network of partner companies to which Michelin belongs. The Group was therefore able to contribute to developing the program and share its expectations and practices with all participants. “This joint work provided an opportunity to identify common issues, in particular around enhancing the skills of employees so that they can become ambassadors of change, and around integrating and retaining people with digital skills," explains Thierry Happe, Cofounder and President of Netexplo.
