Claire Dorland Clauzel
Executive Vice President, Brands and External Relations - Member of the Group Executive Committee
Claire Dorland Clauzel holds a Master’s degree in History from Université de Paris Sorbonne, a Doctorate from the Institut de Géographie and a degree from Ecole Nationale d’Administration (Class of 1988, “Montaigne”).
In 1988, Claire Dorland Clauzel joined the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, in the Treasury Department.
She was Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Groupe Usinor from 1993 to 1995.
In 1995, she became Chief of Staff for the Director of the Treasury Department, and then joined the Cabinet of the Minister of the Economy and Finance.
She joined the AXA Group in 1998 to head the Audit and Control Department of AXA France, also serving as a member of the AXA France Executive Committee. She was then named head of Support Functions for AXA France. In 2003, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Communications, Brand and Sustainable Development for the AXA Group.
In January 2008, she joined the Michelin Group as Executive Vice President of Communication and Brands and a member of the Group Executive Council. In June 2012, she also became responsible for Public Affairs, as well as Michelin Travel Partner and Michelin Lifestyle Ltd. In March 2017, she also took charge of sustainable development.
Since January 2018, Claire Dorland Clauzel is Executive Vice President, Brands and External Relations for the Michelin Group.
She is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
