Regulated Information - Michelin Luxembourg SCS-CSSF

The information published on this site is done so following the entry into force on 19 January 2008 of legislation dated 11 January 2008 of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg concerning transparency requirements for issuers of securities. The purpose of the law is to transpose Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the “Transparency Directive”). Being a securities issuer on a regulated market, Michelin Luxembourg SCS is concerned by the new legislation.

Michelin Luxembourg SCS is incorporated as a limited partnership “société en commandite simple” under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register “Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés” under reference number B 96.546, and its registered office is 43, Avenue John F. Kennedy, 1855 Luxembourg. The articles of association of the company have been published in Mémorial C, Journal Officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, Recueil des Sociétés et Associations, No. 1175.

Michelin Luxembourg SCS is a subsidiary of the CGEM which controls, directly or indirectly 100% of the shares of the company.

The objects of the company include, inter alia, the issue of bonds and debentures. The company is also authorized to grant loans to other members of the Michelin Group.
