The Shareholders' Committee

Since 2003, Michelin has had a Shareholders' Committee made up of individual and employee shareholders. The role of this committee is to contribute to improving communication with individual shareholders and employee shareholders. Its recommendations are implemented by the Michelin Group.

The Shareholders' Committee is currently being overhauled, as the members' terms of office expire at the end of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

Every employee shareholder has the possibility as of today to apply to join this Shareholders' Committee. Simply send a curriculum vitae and a cover letter to: actionnaires-individuels@michelin.com

More information on the frequency of the annual meetings will be provided in the near future.

During 2019, Michelin reflected on its relation with its individual shareholders. The Group relied on this for its Shareholders' Advisory Committee.

We are offering a new personalized space for “Individual Shareholders” in which you will find all the content to follow the latest news from the Group.

Our mission is to make it easier for you to access information and to be closer to you to answer your questions. This is the reason why we offer you a direct line, a person from the Shareholder Relations Department is at your disposal every working day from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at 0 800 716 161.
