Trucks and light trucks

Whether you're in the freight business, manage a fleet or work in the trades, Michelin has a tire designed to meet your needs.

The heavy- and light-truck ranges bring short and mid-distance shipping companies tires designed to optimize costs per kilometer and provide exceptional grip in any weather.

Those features are clearly seen in our MICHELIN Agilis Crossclimate and Crossclimate+, our summer- and winter-certified passenger car and light-truck tires.

Civil engineering

As a quarry or mine operator, productivity is your top priority. That's why our Earthmover ranges combine an increased load capacity with longer life spans so you can continuously move record-breaking hourly tonnages. You can combine those tires with our full monitoring and reporting platforms. We recently expanded that offer when we acquired Klinge IT Business, a tire-management software provider for the mining industry, with the goal of developing increasingly integrated solutions.

Agricultural sector

I chose AXIOBIB tires for my New Holland T7315 tractor based on their high quality, damage-resistance, soil preservation and durability.
Vincent Barbeau, a farmer at SCEA de Treigny (France), an 800-hectare grain farm that he runs with his father.

Michelin helps farmers increase their yields and productivity while minimizing their impact on soil. How? By making it easier to manage tire pressures on different agricultural equipment. That's why the Group developed MICHELIN UltraFlex tires for work at low pressure.

The commercial aviation tire market continues to show strong growth, driven by the steep increase in passenger traffic. Michelin is the uncontested market leader, and it continues to innovate with offers like the new MICHELIN Pilot tire.

Another example is our partnership with Safran to develop the first tire featuring a pressure sensor and connectivity (PresSense project) to facilitate, accelerate and simplify all the steps of tire checks and maintenance.

Metros and trams

Michelin currently equips more than eight out of 10 metro cars worldwide. In France, our MICHELIN metro tires are produced at our Cataroux plant in Clermont-Ferrand. We have received "trusted supplier" certification, which opens the doors to suppliers so we can build long-term partnerships.
