Those years of research lend the Group legitimacy and credibility in the field. We are capable of supplying fuel cells designed in our Swiss research center and produced in our Lyon plant (IMECA). We have been a partner of Symbio One, the company behind the first hydrogen range extender, since 2014, and we partner with Green GT on auto racing.
More broadly, Michelin is committed to serving as a uniting force in the industry. We chair Hydrogen Europe, a public-private partnership within the FCHJU, the industry association for all European industrial companies, researches and national associations involved in the hydrogen business. We are also an active member of the AFHYPAC (French Association for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells) and the AVERE, an organization that promotes the roll-out of electric mobility.
After signing the first promising commercial contracts with our partner Symbio, we now aim to go even further by offering the solutions of the future so Michelin can play a leading role in the sustainable mobility market.
