Since 2001, the MICHELIN brand has been marketing a range of vehicle accessories, along with shoes and mobility-related products, through Michelin Lifestyle Limited. This wide range of licensed products is designed to underscore Michelin's core values: develop mobility while maintaining performance and safety, and caring about the environment.
Three Michelin Lifestyle Ltd products for enhanced mobility
Michelin's Paris Motor Show stand displayed three series of products this year.
- MICHELIN windshield wipers maintain better contact with the windshield and provide better visibility in extreme weather conditions.
- MICHELIN Easy Grip snow chains, a very light-weight emergency accessory, are quick and easy to fit on MICHELIN winter tires. They are designed to help motorists in critical driving conditions (snow and black ice).
- Consumers can now enjoy the performance and traction of MICHELIN tires in the soles of Babolat-branded tennis shoes and TCX motorcycling boots. The result is better grip and greater comfort on the court and riding motorbikes, as well as increased durability.
MICHELIN car maintenance products: 100% eco-friendly
Launched in 2010, it is the first full range of its type on the market. It delivers the same results as non-eco-friendly products. Certified "Ecocert", it is sold mainly in France, but also in Spain, Belgium, Italy, Austria and Germany.
