BOU IS THE FIRST LEADER
The 2012 FIM Trial World Championship kicks off this weekend in France, and it’s already the reigning World Champion Tony Bou (Montesa HRC Michelin) who is leading the series after this two days event. The sections were pretty easy in La Bresse for this opening round, and as the weather stay dry any mistake made the difference. Tony Bou scored an unexpected five in the second section of the second lap, and lost the first day by only two points against Adam Raga (Gas Gas Michelin). He got his revenge on day two, where he scored half points than his closest rival to take the championship’s lead. Raga had a poor day and lost all his chances, finishing only in fifth position. Not at his best on this event, Takahisa Fujinami (Montesa HRC Michelin) finished twice in fifth position.
